Your Satisfaction, Guaranteed!
We want you to enjoy all of our products as much as we do. Since tea is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are here to help you if any of the items in your order:
1.  were shipped incorrectly, or
2. were damaged during shipment
And as long as the above items are unopened and/or broken items in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned or refunded are final sale, on clearance, purchased with a gift card and promotional offers.

If eligible for a refund as per the above, please do reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order, and you will be refunded or credited for the full amount of the eligible items only.
Refund process
For eligible refunds, please take a clear photograph of the incorrect and/or broken items in their original unopened packaging upon delivery to your address and send it to us through our contact us form to process your refund.
Returns
In case of an agreed upon return, shipping it back to us is your responsibility at your own cost unless you had received damaged items in the first place. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance for returning items valued over $75 since we cannot guarantee receiving those items as it is out of our control.
Refund Not Received!
If your refund was approved and haven’t seen the refund reflected in your account, we recommend taking the following steps first:
• Double-check your bank account – Sometimes, refunds may take a little longer to appear. Contact your bank as there may be additional processing time before the refund posts to your account.
• Reach out to your credit card company – Processing times can vary based on the service provider, and they may have more details on pending transactions.
