All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars.
Free shipping applies on orders over $100 for all Canadian provinces, and $150 and above for Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
• For orders that don’t meet the free shipping minimum, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before payment confirmation.
• Purchasing gift cards as ‘items’ does not count towards the above free-shipping thresholds.
• Our shipping charges have no markups or handling fees.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
• Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation except for higher volume periods like December when it takes longer to ship them out.
• A tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier when your order is processed, and once it leaves our location in Toronto, ON, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Shipping times depend on the carrier selected but typically they are given as per below for metropolitan areas:
- Ontario and Quebec: 1-4 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI): 4-7 business days
- Prairies (AB, SK, MB): 4-7 business days
- British Columbia: 5-7 business days
- Northern Canada (NU, NWT, YK): 7-10 business days

What to do if you did not receive your order?
A shipping notification is always sent to the email address you provided when we process your order. Check the tracking information as this will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated (or updated) arrival date.
If your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it, then please contact us.
If you did not receive any shipping notification, then it could be due to the following reasons:
• Incorrect email address, or
• Spam filter is blocking our notifications

I did not get my order as it was sent back to SipnJoy Coffees and Teas.
If your order was returned to sender, it’s most likely due to an incomplete or incorrect address hence the shipping carrier was unable to deliver to your doorstep. Please reach out to us and we can assist you with it. However, please note in this case, you will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges to send the order back to your correct address.
What to keep in mind to make sure your order gets to you successfully:
Please verify that your address is the one registered with the carrier. (Canada Post Verify Address)
• If you live in a building that requires a unit number, please make sure this is included by putting your unit number before the street address e.g. 101-123 King St, Toronto, ON, where 101 is the unit number and 123 is the street number.
• If you live in a building that has a buzzer, please provide your entry code for the courier to be able to deliver your package right to your unit's doorstep.
• If your package is left at the nearest post office, please retrieve it at your earliest convenience. Most post offices will only hold your package up to 5 business days before returning it to sender.
