•Receipt & Inspection: You or a designated recipient must be available to receive deliveries, especially for perishable items. Inspect Products immediately upon receipt for damage or discrepancies and report issues as per our Returns Policy. Perishable or temperature-sensitive items must be stored appropriately (e.g., refrigerated/frozen) immediately upon receipt. We are not liable for spoilage due to unattended deliveries or improper storage post-delivery.

• Perishable Goods: Due to health and safety regulations, perishable food and beverage Products are generally final sale and cannot be returned unless: (a) they arrived damaged, or (b) the incorrect item was received.
